Adam Couple ♡ Adam Success !!

Jo Kwon and Ga In are a virtual couple on MBC's reality show, We Got Married. The program follows the participating celebrities who are coupled as husband and wife as they portray the lives of newly weds. Although they were initially only supposed to feature for the Chuseok Special that aired on October 3rd, 2009 their appearance brought in the highest ratings yet for Season II, and they were announced a permanent couple.

Jo Kwon and Ga In were originally dubbed the "Adam-Eve Couple" due to both of their inexperience in love and relationships. Yet nowadays they are more commonly known as the "Adam Couple" or Adams because of their small stature and their young age. ("Adam" is pronounced the same as the Korean term for "little/small"). Variations of their couple name are the Petite Couple, Small Couple, The Kid Couple, the Jo In Couple or the GaKwon couple. The latter two being both combination of their names.

Son Ga In and Jo Kwon have a two year separation in age, with Ga In being the eldest of the two. Long-time viewers were reminiscent of the Lettuce Couple (HwangBo and HyunJoong of SS501) who also had a Nuna-Dongsaeng relationship.

Nuna is a term used by males to address older females.
Dongsaeng is a term used by both male and female to address a person younger than them.

The couple released a duet titled "우리 사랑하게 됐어요" ("We Fell in Love") on December 16, 2009 which topped variety online music charts, winning 2 awards on Music Bank's K-Charts, "Most Popular Background Phone Music" on the Gaon Charts and Mnet Asian Music Awards for Best Collaboration. The song was composed by Jea (Brown Eyed Girls) and Lee MinSu and written by Kim Ina, Ga In and Jo Kwon. 50 million won from the profits of the song were donated to help out for Haiti's earthquake. For these efforts, Jo Kwon was given "대한민국나눔" award at the 3rd Korea Sharing Awards ceremony.

On February 2010, the couple was announced to be one of the Korean representatives of Chinese New Year Festival parade in Hongkong. This is one of the accomplishment that hasn't been achieved by any We Got Married couples before.

Jo Kwon also created a song for Ga In with the title "고백하던 날" ("The Day I Confessed") which became popular and the song is included in 2AM's first full album. The song that he partially composed during the We Got Married broadcast for Ga-in. The song reached #1 on Cyworld real time charts the day after its release. They won their first Rookie Variety Awards at MBC Entertainment Awards for their participation in We Got Married. The couple also won the "Best Couple Award" and beat many other popular couples.

Unfortunately, due to their busy schedules, the Adam Couple must end their virtual marriage.The longest running couple announced their separation on January 6, 2011 through Shim Shim Tapa radio program, and the last episode was aired 2 weeks after the announcement. However, the end of their virtual marriage marked the start of their relationship as twins in the new MBC sitcom "All My Love". This only proves that Adam Couple is indeed forever, as Gain said,

'Even though We Got Married ended, Adam Couple will always remain'.

Hello everyone, I decided to create a thread for this pair cause their sizzling chemistry on screen can't simply be ignored ^^ and as far I know I'm not alone on this ship (thank god) so yea let's gather and spazz over them shall we (＾∇＾)♪

♣ their Profiles/Story

His full name is Choi Young Do, heir to the Zeus Hotel Group. He has an IQ of 150, but uses his wit to put down and harass his friends rather than to excel in his studies. His father, Choi Dong Wook, is mercilessly strict and physically abusive towards him. Young Do dislike his father for temperament, abuse, as well as for his womanizing ways that drove Young Do's mother to run away. His bullying ways might be his way of letting out his anger and frustration out towards the weaker students. (cr wiki)

Her full name is Rachel Yoo or Yoo Ra Hel, heiress of RS International (a clothing company). Her mother is Esther Lee who plans to remarry to Choi Dong-wook, YD's father. Their engagement is clearly for business purpose and Rachel resent her mother for being that way. We don't know what happens to her father but she's mentioned him several times. It's another common point between YD & RC, they both lack family love. They try to put on a facade but deep down they're both just hurt and lonely.

Why I think they make a perfect couple. some people might say they resemble each other too much to be together. I say that's what makes their relationship work, because YD & RC don't function like normal people, due to their family background it's hard for them to open up or express their feeling. They don't know how to or do it in all wrong way. When together, despite their dislike towards each other they still partner up for same goal, they could read each other mind easily and because their personalities are alike, they can handle the other's temper while others can't. and HECK CAN'T YOU SEE ALL THAT EYE F**KING THEY HAVE EVERY TIME THEY LOOK AT EACH OTHER. ahzjdkfnodk#{@{[\#rtahhhh

their first dinner meeting with their respective parent. YD commented how his sister (RC) is exactly his type.

YD fetched RC at the airport and the latter made him push the luggage caddie.

episode 5:

another dinner with parents, Esther gave YD a gift for his dog but he made her upset by telling stories about his father's women. Esther not very subtly asked him to leave by saying he had an appointment, when his father pressed on it, RC spoke up for YD and further added she had to be there too.
RC asked YD to give her a ride(on his motorcycle) to pay her back for helping him. YD was reluctant but still agreed and commented how RC kept surprising him.

episode 6:

during YD-KT first confrontation at school, RC came up to YD asking if he's done, when she's about to come over KT, YD pulled her arm back to his side and not letting her go.

episode 7:

RC looked for YD to talk about their family photoshoot. He asked if she could give anything he wanted.

episode 8:

at the family photoshoot, RC cursed at YD, claiming herself crazy to believe he could prevent the photoshoot to happen.
YD's plan to ruin the photoshoot succeeded and RC was pleased, he winked at her as she left.
later at the staircase, RC asked what YD wanted, then he made a move towards her. (you have to watch this scene, i can't describe it with words lol)
same scene, when RC told YD about KT's confession about liking ES. RC asked him to do sthing about it. YD asked her what if he asked sthing she can't give him this time. She said to discuss about it once he gets it done. And YD concluded it as a promise.

YD snorts when he senses RC lies about spending the night with KT.
when gossip about YD's father and RC's mother marriage starts at school. YD 'waits' for RC at his locker (which is not far from hers), he jokes how it's the moment they should fall in love to mess up more. RC suggests they should just date to get them out of the situation but YD said it's too late since he has started liking someone. He tells her though to be strong cause it's gonna be a tough say (for them), and if there's anything she should go talk to her oppa (himself)

Juri Ueno, born May 25, 1986 in Kakogawa, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, is a popular Japanese actress. Juri's family consists of her parents and two older sisters. As a child Juri Ueno excelled at track and ran short distance races until the first grade of middle school. Because of problems with hyperventilation she then gave up running. In 2002, Juri started her career in entertainment by appearing in a CF for J-Phone. That year, Juri would also make her first television drama appearance in the NHK series "Seizon". The following year in 2003, Juri made her acting debut in "Summer of Chirusoku" (Chirusoku no natsu) and also appeared later that year in "Josee, the Tiger and the Fish." By 2004, Juri experienced her breakthrough role in the feel-good comedy "Swing Girls." She played a high school student that falls in love with jazz music and her performance would garner her the best newcomer award during that year's Japanese Academy Awards.

Choi Daniel plays a 27 y.o Managing Director in the company who without realizing, fell in love with Jang Nara's character.

They're both so cute and adorable in this drama!

School 2013

Jang Nara plays Jung In Jae (31) a literature teacher
Choi Danie as Kang Se Chan (35) previously an illegal tutor who now also a teacher
Both are homeroom teachers for the same class 2-2.

They're not romantically involved in this drama (or not yet)
but still they look so adorable together.
